They offered us new-fashioned and neat rooms with the couch, the basics. A microwave and a refrigerator were available.

The bed was hard, that's sad thing.

That was beautiful hotel set in great area, just off the restaurant and many nearby entertainment. We appreciated rooms with breakfast. Had central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven in the room, it were just what we needed.

I was impressed by the modernity and cleanliness of the Holiday Inn in Cincinnati. The abundance of outlets in the room and plenty of towels were great amenities. The patio area was a nice touch, although there were some smokers that made it less enjoyable. I would consider staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff treated us like family and provided excellent service. They allowed us to check in early and even let us borrow a broom to remove snow from our rental car. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location in a really nice part of town was convenient for our needs. We also enjoyed the delicious dining options and the boys loved the pool. we were very impressed and would highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure.

Overall, experience was wonderful. The staff made the inn very warm and homey! You could talk to them as people not employees with stock answers. The room was exquisite. The cleanliness of the room was unparalleled and the modern bathroom fixtures down to the beautiful towel arrangements and awesome walk-in shower with expensive fixtures was very impressive. The room made me feel special as well as comfortable.

Harold checked me in and he gave me a veterans discount and we talked like we knew each other. It was very cool cause we shared conversation on a human level. The same can be said about Cara and the morning chef, very agreeable people included is the lady behind the desk who was genuine possessed a sense of humor along with some of the other staff and manager. It was such an agreeable relaxing experience. The beauty of the experience is the quality of the staff and room makes you feel the money was so well spent. The buffet breakfast was absolutely worth every dime. The fruit was fresh. The parties to die for even the chef came out and said he loved them. The food was hot and meats were of a high quality cooked to perfection, I liked that the chef said that he loved cooking the morning breakfast, that shows he loves what he’s doing and he wants every guest to enjoy it too! The bed was super comfortable and I need to get that mattress cause I literally had zero back pain in the morning! Yes the building was beautiful but the staff really made it warm.

I know you want to hear something so you can improve it but from the moment I stepped in at 10pm Wed night and Harold greeted me warmly I felt really comfortable and knew I was going to enjoy my experience.

The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a fairly nice area, adjacent to West Chester, the venue's restaurant and dining options. My room was nicely furnished and updated with bathroom and the basics, for example, it accommodated me perfectly.
